Returns and exchanges within 7 days
If there is an issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days, provided the piece is in its original condition and packaging. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange the next steps.
Wrong or damaged order
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged in transit, tell us straight away and we will arrange a replacement where possible.
